Shipping conditions
Our service partners are DHL and DPD. We offer the shipping methods Standard Package / Classic DPD.
If the goods are delivered by the transport service provider DHL Paket (DHL Paket GmbH, Sträßchensweg 10, 53113 Bonn), we will pass on your e-mail address to DHL Paket in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR prior to delivery of the goods for the purpose of coordinating a delivery date or to notify you of the delivery, provided that you have given us your express consent to do so during the ordering process. Otherwise, we will only pass on the name of the recipient and the delivery address to DHL Paket for the purpose of delivery in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR. The information will only be passed on if this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. In this case, prior coordination of the delivery date with DHL Paket or delivery notification is not possible.
Consent can be revoked at any time with future effect to the person responsible named above or to the transport service provider DHL Paket.

Otherwise, we will only pass on the name of the recipient and the delivery address to DPD for the purpose of delivery in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR. We will of course process your order immediately after receipt. If you pay in advance, the goods will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment. Experience has shown that the transfer process takes between 1 and 4 days.

All prices quoted on this website are for shipping within Germany. Delivery of freight forwarding goods is carried out “to the curb” as is usual in the freight forwarding industry.
We ship international parcels (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Czech Republic, Switzerland and France)
If the final dimensions of the package exceed the weight predicted by the system, the customer will be notified to pay the additional costs.

All our shipping costs are calculated up to 100 KG. This means that if you want to order more than 100 KG of goods in one order, please contact us so that we can calculate the correct shipping costs for you.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
You can also electronically fill out and submit the sample cancellation form or another clear statement on our website cancellation form. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation (e.g. by email).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
